SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 10th, 2013

I did a Sharpie mural in my neighbors’ kitchen last night.  Life-size dude doing a 5-0.  The three bottles on the left were already there.

This is a local punk house here in Ottawa called the Fun Boy Clubhouse.  They’ve got a bar in the basement, a mini ramp in the backyard (out of commission right now, but it’ll be back), crazy shit all over the walls, a bar in the living room, a layer of scum EVERYWHERE.

Off the top of my head, bands that have played there include: TYVEK, HOLY COBRAS, MEAN JEANS, NEW SWEARS (the guys who live there’s band, check ‘em out if you like SMITH WESTERNS, DAVILA 666 and FIDLAR), MOTHER’S CHILDREN… a bunch of others.  Rad place, for sure.  I was stoked to throw this mural up and to tattoo a few of the fun boys, too*.
